Generic Housing officers required for 3 month temporary contracts in Northampton, St Albans, Doncaster, Sheffield and Derby
Candidates must have solid Social Housing background and will have managed a patch of properties autonomously.
Main duties include signups, managing a patch of properties, ASB, Rents through to attendance at Court hearings, Evictions and Nuisance
Car owner and Current CRB required
3 month temporary contract
