An experienced and professional Housing assistant is required to work for a well known Local authority in South London
Successful candidate must have extensive customer service skills gained whilst working within a busy office environment
Daily duties will include dealing with tenant queries and complaints, repair orders, answering the telephone, front line reception cover, administration and provision of back office support
Must be hardworking and reliable
